Alabama was picked number one by the coaches in the preseason Top 25 polls released on Thursday morning.  Five SEC schools are in the top ten.  Georgia is five, Texas A & M sixth, South Carolina seventh, and Florida tenth.  Of course, four of those schools in the top 25 are on the Missouri Tigers’ schedule.

In addition, Ole Miss (32), Vandy (29), Arkansas State (13) and Toledo (1) received votes in the poll.
