A body found on Friday has been positively identified as that of jogger Chad Rogers, who had been missing since Monday of last week. The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office has made the identification.

It says there are no signs of foul play but a cause of death has not been determined.
Rogers, a stay-at-home dad and marathoner, was the subject of searches by authorities and volunteers through most of last week before a construction worker found his body Friday morning in a portable toilet in south Liberty.
