The Benton County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident after a woman went missing at Walnut Grove Road in Warsaw, Mo., about noon on Saturday.
Hellen Erlene Cook, 72, is a white female. She is 5 feet tall and weighs about 95 pounds. She’s described as having brown hair, blue eyes, and wsa wearing a white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, and tennis shoes when she went missing. She was carrying boots and a walking stick.
Authorities say Cook suffers from Alzheimer’s and frequents McDonald’s and Wal-Mart. She might be en route to Buckner, Mo., where she lives.

Cook lives in Warsaw but may be traveling to Buckner, her former residence.
