What I like about doing these Missourinet Morning videos is I have intentions of covering specific topics when I start, yet sometimes I go off on unexpected tangents.
For example, on today’s video, after breaking down Matt Carpenter’s simple approach to hitting left-handed pitching, I moved onto talking about the Show Me State Games which then got me thinking about the time when I was 25 and living in Champaign, Illinois and I entered a Putt-Putt miniature golf tournament that ended up bringing out the ultra-competitive side of me.
The end result was I taught a 48 year old woman you don’t mess with Bill “Two-Putt” Pollock.
