The St. Louis Blues signed defenseman Jordan Leopold to a two-year contract on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old Leopold was an in-season acquisition, posting two assists in 15 games for the Blues following a March 31 trade with Buffalo. He played all six games during St. Louis’ first-round playoff loss to Los Angeles.

For his career, the Minnesota native has totaled 65 goals and 139 assists in 625 regular-season games with Calgary, Colorado, Florida, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and St. Louis. He has added 16 assists in 65 postseason contests.
