Jefferson City native Justin Smith is just about 100% healed from his surgery to repair a torn triceps after the 49ers lost to Baltimore in the Super Bowl. As a 13 year vet, he realizes his time with the 49ers (final year of his contract) and in the NFL may be coming to a close. For now, he’s focused on the future.
Terrell Owens has had no contact with any NFL team since the Seahawks cut him last summer, but he was getting his name back out there on the NFL Network’s morning show on Wednesday. He said Minnesota would be a good fit for him Kansas City with Andy Reid. You know…that might not be a bad pickup for the Chiefs.
