On the Kansas City Baseball Historical Society’s Facebook Page, they noted that on this date in 1989, Bo Jackson threw out Harold Reynolds from left field. It is perhaps the greatest throw to nab a runner of all-time. Or is it? What about Rick Ankiel’s feat in center at Coors Field a few year’s back?
