Former Missouri Tiger wide receiver T.J. Moe cleared waivers and was placed on the New England Patriots’ injured reserve list. He will not count against their 90-man roster. According to the Boston Herald, Moe tore his Achilles tendon last week in practice, and New England waived him Friday. Moe was placed on waivers until 4 p.m. Monday, but since no one claimed him, the Patriots were able to put him on IR.

Moe’s three-year contract included an $8,000 signing bonus and $22,000 in guaranteed base salary in 2013. That’s the most of any of their undrafted free agents.
