Daniel Descalso’s first career grand slam and career-high five RBIs highlighted an offensive night for the Cardinals as the bats backed Adam Wainwright in a 10-2 win. Wainwright is now 6-3, and held San Diego to one run and four hits in 7 1/3 innings, struck out six and walked one.
