Three Missouri schools advance to NCAA D-II baseball regionals

Three Missouri squads will make the trip the NCAA Central Regional starting next week in Mankato, Minn.

Missouri Southern, who won the MIAA Tournament Championship on Sunday, will open the tournament as the six seed against top seed Minnesota State-Mankato. Central Missouri earns the second seed in the field and will face off with St. Cloud State from the Northern Sun Conference.  Missouri Western who won the MIAA regular season title will play as the fourth seed and will open against third seeded Southern Arkansas.

Dates and times for the tournament games will be released tomorrow.
