Missouri gas prices have been up and down in recent weeks and this week they’re up again. St. Louis County highest gas prices, with one station at $3.95 but others at $3.69 a gallon. Southeast Missouri has the cheapest gas. One station in Sikeston is reported to be selling gas for $3.12 and others in the area are in the $3.17 to $3.18 range.
