Fredricktown gets out of cop car, drops meth, is re-arrested

May 8, 2013 By Jessica Machetta

A Fredricktown being taken home from jail didn’t make it beyond the squad car giving him a ride.

William O’Brien, 25, was reportedly getting out of the police car when he dropped a container with five baggies of meth. He has been arrested and taken back to jail. Police say O’Brien was walking home after being released when a deputy offered him a ride.

Fredericktown is about 90 miles south of St. Louis.
