Josh Henson

Missouri Tiger football coach Gary Pinkel appears to have made his decision to stay in-house and choose offensive line coach Josh Henson as the team’s new offensive coordinator, replacing David Yost.

The changes could be made official as early as Monday. Receivers coach Andy Hill will take over as quarterbacks coach leaving his current position open. Henson was offered the offensive coordinator’s position at Southern Miss. Henson’s friend Todd Monken, the former offensive coordinator at Oklahoma State, took over as the head coach for Southern Miss. and it was reported that he offered the coordinator’s position.

Henson won a national championship. He was LSU’s tight ends coach and recruiting coordinator in 2007 when the Tigers defeated Ohio State in the BCS National Championship Game.
