A St. Joseph woman has been arrested and charged in the death of her 4-year-old daughter who was bedridden with cerebral palsy.
Alexandria Thurman Laureen Schurr is charged with involuntary manslaughter after her daughter, Amber Mosier, was found dead in her bed.
Police say the girl was on a feeding machine and had not been checked on for more than eight hours.
Autopsy results show Amber choked to death.
