Matt Cassel is back in as the starting quarterback against the San Diego Chargers this Thursday night, just one week after being benched in favor of Brady Quinn against the Raiders.
Quinn was injured in the first quarter of the 26-16 loss to Oakland and replaced by Cassel. Quinn was evaluated by doctors yesterday and was not cleared to play. Crennel said after Quinn undergoes more tests, a decision on his long-term future will be determined.
