The Missouri Highway Patrol is underpaying some of its senior officers while overpaying around 70 sergeants and other lower-ranking employees, and violating it’s own plan. Lt. Eldon Wulf charged in a civil lawsuit filed Thursday. In the nine-page suit, Wulf says he’s Wulf is getting $132 less on each paycheck than the patrol’s published pay grid says he’s supposed to get which is a difference of $3,168 a year, before taxes.
