The father and stepmother of a 4-year-old Holt, Missouri boy are charged with second degree murder in his death, and now each face an additional charge of child abuse.
Authorities in the northwest Missouri town are holding 34-year-old Justin Webb and 32-year-old Melissa Webb on 500,000 dollars bond.
Lucas Webb died of blunt force trauma.
