Ricky R. Whitby Jr.
Ricky R. Whitby, Jr., 25, of Rolla, was arrested for robbing the Rolla Federal Credit Union Bank this morning. He announced he had a weapon and then sped away by foot with an undetermined amount of money. Whitby was taken into custody by police and incarcerated in the Phelps County Jail on a 24 hour hold pending issuance of warrants.
