Springfield woman accused of walk-up bank robbery

October 9, 2012 By Mary Furness

A Springfield woman is in custody in Joplin, accused of trying to rob a bank’s walk-up teller.  Police have arrested Anna Turner in a parking lot across the street from the bank–she’s accused of putting a note demanding money in the drawer of a walk-up bank window, then leaving when the teller refused to comply.
