A serial rapist is believed to be targeting Asian women in St. Louis County, and perhaps elsewhere in the country.
The same man is thought to be responsible for attacks on two women, ages 27 and 18. He is described as a heavy-set Hispanic man about 45 years old. Police don’t believe the attacks are random.
