Northwest Missouri 48, Fort Hays State 10

Northwest Missouri used 543 yards of total offense to cruse to a 48-10 victory at home against Fort Hays State. The Bearcats held the Tigers to just 223 yards of total offense in the ballgame.  Brady Bolles ran for 118 yards and threw for 109 and had one touchdown. Tyler Seals threw for 146 yards and two touchdowns. Addie Brown rushed for 77 yards and touchdown for the Tigers.

Missouri Western 38, Nebraska-Kearney 14

Missouri Western racked up 549 yards of total offense as they earned a 38-14 victory in the MIAA Television Network game of the week. Missouri Western led just 14-7 at the half before 21 unanswered third quarter points sealed the victory.  Travis Partridge was 15 of 26 for 198 yards and four touchdowns through the air also scored one on the ground. For the Lopers Tommy Flanagan rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown as well as throwing for a touchdown.

Missouri Southern 21, Lincoln 14

Missouri Southern escaped a defensive battle on the road at Lincoln with a 21-14 win. The game saw eight total turnovers as Missouri Southern got it done on the ground and Lincoln got things done through the air.  For the Lions Kellen Cox ran for 133 yards and three touchdowns. Brand Williams led the team with six total tackles. For the Blue Tigers Lewis Lawson was 15 of 28 for 192 yards and a touchdown. Khalif Stanten, O’Hara Fluellen and Johnny Beautelus each had an interception.

Pittsburg State 52, Southwest Baptist 9

Pittsburg State earned their third win as they held Southwest Baptist to just 139 yards in the 52-9 victory. They held the Bearcats to just 33 yards on the ground while they racked up 293 yards of total offense.  Anthony Abenoja was 17 of 27 for 259 yards and two touchdowns. Bricetown Wilson had 42 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. For SBU Dan Conner was 16 of 29 for 96 yards and a touchdown.

Central Missouri 35, Lindenwood 28

Central Missouri scored a touchdown with 3:02 to play to squeak out a 35-28 victory on the road at Lincoln. UCM led the entire game until Lindenwood tied it up with 10:34 to play in the final quarter.  For the Mules Colter Smith threw for 285 yards and a touchdown while LaVance Taylor rushed for 96 yards and three touchdowns. Ben Gomez threw for 262 yards and a touchdown and also rushed for a touchdown.
