Matt Cassel passed for 67 yards and a touchdown Friday in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 27-17 pre-season victory over Arizona.

The signal-caller went 5-of-6 through the air, engineering a 12-play drive on Kansas City’s opening drive. The series was highlighted by an 11-yard completion to Peyton Hillis, who was playing in his first game with the Chiefs.

Hillis ran for 41 yards on four rushes and Jamaal Charles ran three times for 12 yards in his first game since tearing a knee ligament last September.

John Skelton started the game for Arizona, completing 3-of-6 passes for 35 yards and an interception.

Kevin Kolb finished only 1-of-5 passes for 21 yards with a pick-off for the Cardinals.
