Man gets 30 days in jail for flipping judge ‘the bird’

A Springfield judge has ordered a man to spend 30 days in jail for “flipping him off.”

The court says 31-year-old David Hernandez made the gesture while exiting the municipal courtroom. He’d already disrupted the court two other times.
