A man from southwest Missouri’s Barry County is charged with attempted murder for allegedly trying to kill his estranged wife.
Officers say 26-year-old Trevor Elder shot at his wife’s car three times, hitting it and a nearby building. He’s also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, aggravated assault and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
The shooting happened in far northwest Arkansas.
