Missouri finishes third in Four State Golf Championship

Iowa’s Junior Four State Team pulled away in the second and final roundat Sedalia Country Club in Missouri on Thursday. In 105 degree heat, Jessie Sindlinger of Charles City, Iowa was the only player under par, shooting a 68 today to finish with a record low individual score of 135 and a team record low total score of 588 for the two day competition.

Missouri, as a team, finished in third with a two-day total of 618. Leading the Show Me State was Jordan Chael, who finished two over for the tournament and in a tie for second place among individual leaders.
