Weekend saturation efforts on Missouri waterways have netted 15 arrests for boating while intoxicated and 44 citations for safety violations. “Operation Dry Water” is a national effort to reduce boating while intoxicated .Special enforcement operations were conducted on the Lake of the Ozarks, as well as the Osage and Gasconade rivers, where 182 boaters were stopped. The Highway and Water Patrol says special enforcement operations will continue throughout the summer months.
