Woman sues “Girls Gone Wild” producers again

June 23, 2012 By admin

Lawyers for the St. Charles area woman who won a $5.8 million judgement against the producers of “Girls Gone Wild” have filed a new lawsuit, accusing the DVD series’ owner of dodging payment on that judgement. They accuse Joe Francis of draining money from the two companies named in the suit and putting it into more than a dozen other corporations he owns. The new lawsuit asks a judge to hold Francis personally responsible or target his other corporations. The woman sued after learning that she was featured in one of Francis’ videos. A producer for the series had lifted her shirt up while she was at a St. Louis-area club.
