Wi-Fi Sensors Building sold

June 23, 2012 By admin

The building that was to have housed 50 new jobs in Kirksville has been sold. The Wi-Fi Sensors building was sold at the Adair County Courthouse to the Bank of Kirksville for $1.4 million. Wi-Fi sensors opened in July of 2009 and went out of business less than two years later, having defaulted on a $1 millionĀ loan from the state and owing more than $300,000 in unpaid interest and penalties.
