Two central Missouri adults have been arrested when a toddler was found dead in a playpen.
Holts Summit Police, near Jefferson City, say a 911 call reported a two-year-old child was blue and not breathing. The caller also said the child was “beyond any help”.
Both adults admitted to using Meth, and police found several needles, a bag of white powdery substance, a bag of brown powdery substance and other suspicious items.
An autopsy has been ordered for the child … another child in the home has been turned over to protective services.
