A North-east Missouri man has been arrested for allegedly touching a 12-year-old girl. A call to the Department of Family Services abuse hotline led authorities to talk to 72-year-old James Woods of Memphis, who told authorities he was checking the girl for lumps. Woods has been released on $10,000 bond.
