Two Missouri women, Shelly Lewis, 45, and Alicia Binford, 43, of O’Fallon, MO. have been charged with misdemeanor counts of public indecency, after plainclothes detectives went to Woodlands Golf Course in Foster Township, IL and observed the women displaying their breasts. According to Fox 2-St. Louis, both women were participating in an annual golf outing that has been named the “Naked Golf Tournament.”
Madison County Sheriff’s Capt. Mike Dixon says “The investigators observed the two females pull down their tops, expose their breasts, and jump around for a few seconds and hug a few of the guys with their breasts exposed.” The women were arrested and released on $100 bond.
