June 11, 2012 By Mike Lear

A Columbia man has been charged with arson for trying to set his neighbor’s home on fire while several people were inside.

Police say 44-year-old Joseph Warren used a “homemade incendiary device” on his neighbor’s trailer. Warren is also charged with endangering a child.

No one reported injuries in the fire.
