A manslaughter charge filed agianst a Platte County man says he drank a pint of vodka then got into a bathtub full of water with his ten-month old son. The charge says the boy drowned while Charles Wells was asleep. The incident happened last August. The investigation has been going on since then. Last month, Wells was charged in Kansas City with child abuse. He’s accused of shaking his six-year old daughter.
