Owners buy St.Louis Church to set up Brewery

If you’re going to call your brewery Cathedral Square Brewery, it might be a good idea to have an appropriate building as the place to make your beer. The owners think they have found it. They plan to buy a vacant Baptist Church in the St.Louis Central West End. They’ve applied for a state liquor license for the location.Cathedral Square owners say they plan to spend as much as $4 million to set up their brewery and a restaurant in the former sanctuary of the church.
