Looks like a 12-year dry spell has ended for Parkville resident Ernest Bellof, who faces his fifth drunk driving charge, but his first since he was charged twice in 2000. Police records say Bellof’s blood-alcohol level was double the legal limit when he was taken to the Clinton Coujnty jail earlier this week after being stopped in North-West Missouri. He’s also faces two child endangerment charges because two children, aged 3 and 6, were in the back seat of his car when he was stopped. He also is accused of driving with a suspended license
