The Attorney General’s office has reached a settlement with an automobile warranty company charged with deceptive sales practices. Dealership Warranties Incorporated, which does business as National Vehicle Protection Services, will pay $18,500 in restistution and costs. The settlement requires company sales people to be upfront about provisions of the warranties being sold when they call potential customers.
