A woman whose name is kept secret is suing the Franklin County Commissioners because they allow prayers at meetings. The lawsuit says the commission policy allowing prayers by commissioners at the start of meetings violates the federal and state constitutions. The woman says she is offended by sectarian prayers at the commission meetings.
