Missouri man faces extradition to Australia for assault charges

May 18, 2012 By admin

Australia is trying to extradite a man who just got out of a Missouri prison after four years. A hearing is being held today in St. Louis Federal court on whether David Kramer should be extradited to face charges that he assaulted four ten and eleven-year old boys in a Melbourne, Australia suburb two decades ago. Kramer was sent to prison in Missouri for sexual misconduct and statutory sodomy, an incident involving a 12-year-old boy.
