Moberly’s School Board approved random drug testing to middle school students involved in MSHSAA-sanctioned activities. The Board Tuesday unanimously voted to approve District Superintendent Gena McCluskey’s recommendation.  The policy takes effect in August, and covers all students in grades 7-12 who participate in MSHSAA-sanctioned activities. Tested drugs include marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, PCP and ecstasy.
