The Rams have until Tuesday to present the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission with an alternative plan to upgrade the dome after the team rejected a $124 million plan by the CVC. If a deal isn’t met by June 15th, the two sides would go into arbitration. Without an agreement, the Rams lease would become year to year after 2014, making the Rams free to move.

The general public may not know what the Rams counter with. The CVC, which is a public agency, said they will not release the Rams proposal unless the team gives permission. Rams V.P. of football Kevin Demoff would not say whether the team would do so. However, the Sunshine Law may require the CVC and Rams to make the counter proposal available for the public.
