St. Charles County Republicans make a second run at holding a caucus tonight. The March 17 meeting became so disorderly that officials called a halt to it, without ever taking any vote on delegates to congressional district conventions on the 21st. Caucuses are part of the process of picking delegates to the Republican National Convention in August.
