April 10, 2012 By admin

A South-West Missouri man and three Kansas City residents are arrested for stealing two vehicles from Northern Barton County on April 6. 29-year old Jarred Austin of Eldorado Springs and 31-year-old Johnathon James and 31-year-old Kenneth Werner, both from the Kansas City area, are charged with felony counts of vehicle tampering. James is also accused of assaulting Barton County Sheriff’s Deputy Vernon Ring. A misdemanor charge of resisting arrest was filed against 31-year-old Stephanie Graham, of Kansas City. Her arraignment is scheduled April 23. All three men are also expected to appear in court May 1 for arraignment.
