A second and third Joplin men have admitted their parts in the murder of a man in Pittsburg, Kansas, last October, leaving only one of the four men originally charged facing a trial. Oscar DeLeon Junior and Rando Rivera have agreed to a deal that will put them in prison for about 14 years. A third man, Ricky Smith, pleaded guilty in January and faces a sentence of almost 27 years. The fourth man had been a fugitive until he was caught last month in Columbia.
