One man pleads guilty in connection to US Fidelis fraud.

April 6, 2012 By admin

One of the brothers behind the US Fidelis auto warranty fraud has pleaded guilty to several charges and faces eight years in prison. The plea from Darain Atkinson is on state charges. He and his brother, Cory, are under federal indictment. Cory Atkinson still faces a trial on the state charges. The federal indictment against the two says they didn’t pay taxes and they diverted $71 million dollars from the company for their own purpose.
