A former trust officer for the Edward D. Jones investment company will spend almost two years in prison for submitting 61 false invoices on clients’ accounts. The invoices led to the transfer of almost $189,000 from clients’ accounts to a fake company set up; by Duane Cook of Florissant. Jones has reimbursed the clients. Cook has been ordered to reimburse Jones.
