Mizzou football back in Chase Daniel’s backyard

March 29, 2012 By Bill Pollock

Kenny Hill, quarterback at Southlake Carroll High School, the same school that Mizzou star Chase Daniel came from, confirmed to PowerMizzou.com, that Missouri has contacted him about coming to play football for the Tigers. While Missouri got a late jump, Hill contends he plans to make a visit to Columbia.

Hill is the son of former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Ken Hill, and lived in Missouri, plus followed the Tigers to watch Daniel, so he is familiar with the program.  The younger Hill has received offers or interest from schools such as Texas A & M, Texas Tech, Baylor, Houston and North Carolina.  During his junior year, Hill passed for 3,006 yards and 25 touchdowns, and ran for 1,383 yards and 24 TDs.
