State GOP to hold new St. Charles County Caucus

March 24, 2012 By Mike Lear

The state Republican Party has announced a Mulligan for the St. Charles County Caucus, after the first attempt last Saturday ended amid disputes over rules and with two arrests.

GOP Chairman David Cole says the new caucus will be held Tuesday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Charles County Convention Center, and he will serve as temporary chairman for the event.

Cole says recording devices will be allowed. A ban on audio and video equipment was one point of dispute in the first caucus.
