Missouri’s Senior Senator makes her re-election bid official. Senator McCaskill has filed as the only Democrat, so far, in the U.S. Senate race.
There are plenty of names on the other side of the ticket, however. McCaskill figures to face one of three prominent Republicans: former state treasurer Sarah Steelman, Congressman Todd Akin and St. Louis businessman John Brunner.
