A second State Department has cut off its funding for a Springfield business that helps alcohol and drug abusers. The Corrections department has joined the Mental Health department in stopping funds for the Recovery Chapel. The Mental Health department stopped its funding because of a complaint of sexual abuse against an employee, a finding of neglect against another employee after a traffic crash, and an allegation that medication had been improperly stored.
