An elementary school principal in Mehlville has been put on paid administrative leave after being cited by police for lewd and indecent conduct at a park. The district superintendent says principal Jim Walters disputes the policeman’s account of his actions, but says Walters will not return to the school until the district determines it is appropriate and safe for all students.
